I am a long-time user of Bestsecret, a diamond member with a lot of distributed invitations, to mention that in all those years I had 3 refunds.
Last order, they sent me the wrong color of boots (Högl), but I liked the model, so I left them, only to have them break on the sari after one wear.
I wrote to the customer service if I can return such a product, to which they replied normally yes, that two weeks after sending (and after sending a couple of emails to CS about the package and the refund) she would receive the package with the same boots back with a letter, we apologize but we do not accept returns of used goods.
Worn goods that broke after one wear?!?!
They were so disgusted with me that money was no longer in question, I asked them to delete my account because I didn't even want them to have my name in the database, nothing.

This was 2 weeks after receiving my return, they did not informed me there was sth wrong with the return until I contacted them via complaint, no explanation from their side, no refund and they didnt retun me back the shoes either.
