“Hello! We are forced to write here because other attempts do not produce any results. Our family has been a client of the Best Secret online store for many years. (diamond status). During this time, an amount of more than 1000 euros was collected in the form of vouchers, which can be exchanged for the desired product in the same store. The stiches were wide like someone tried to put more items than possible in the bag, the bottom part was damaged and darkened on some spots and it came packed horribly.
