“Terrible experience! I ordered a dress on August 5th, returned it, and the company confirmed on August 26th that they had received my return. They said I'll get a refund within 7 business days. After 8 business days, I emailed them, and they replied saying they had a lot of returns and it would take up to 5 more business days. Today it has been 19 business days in total, and I still haven’t received my money back. I wrote to them again, and now they are telling me that they are sorry that my parcel never arrived to me. Excuse me??? They either pretend not to understand English or I don't know.

I rarely post reviews but I was forced this time to do so since I have no response despite my several emails send to them. While I was patient enough to accept and understand the first mistake
with my first, initial order, a second incident of sending me yet same wrong product twice is completely unacceptable.
I had made it explicitly clear in my correspondence that they should exercise caution with the second order—an order I was forced to place and paid twice due to their own error—so that the correct order
would finally be sent. Despite this, they repeated the same mistake, which only proves a lack of professionalism, carelessness, and a complete disregard for your customers.
To make matters worse, the photo and product code on their website are most likely misleading, as they do not match the product actually being shipped. This shows an irresponsible and unprofessional approach, especially after I had already flagged these concerns for them to review and correct. Yet, it seems you they did not even bother to check or take any corrective action.
This repeated failure has caused nothing but wasted time, unnecessary frustration, and total disappointment.
Moreover the second wrong product has been returned days ago and yet no refund is received. The worst service and response ever experienced.”

If you live in Croatia, there is no way to return the chairs because HP doesn't want to accept them because they are too big and heavy, and you can't even order delivery because Best Secret customer service doesn't want to cooperate. You also have to have a truck to deliver them to HP. Worst customer service and I will never buy anything there again, I recommend the same to you.”
