I wrote to the customer service if I can return such a product, to which they replied normally yes, that two weeks after sending (and after sending a couple of emails to CS about the package and the refund) she would receive the package with the same boots back with a letter, we apologize but we do not accept returns of used goods. Worn goods that broke after one wear?!?! They were so disgusted with me that money was no longer in question, I asked them to delete my account because I didn't even want them to have my name in the database, nothing.
