After ordering a pair of tie waist pants, I eagerly anticipated their arrival. Once they arrived I was very excited to wear them. Sadly, they did not fit. I contacted BBB on a weekend & received a response early Monday morning. Customer service at Betsy Boo's Boutique has been nothing shy of excellent. I will be given a refund & already have a shirt in mind which I'll purchase. Return shipping was very easy & as an added convenience, FREE!
