I ordered for the first time and the item was too large. I was afraid to exchange for a smaller size not knowing if that would fit (and no guarantee that a smaller size would be available when exchange was made) and was disappointed that I couldn't return my item. I probably won't order again as I'm not sure what size to order for different styles and don't want to have to ship back for exchanges.
