I recently ordered a few items that needed to be returned. Because BBB only offers a credit and not a refund, I was forced to purchase a few more items. Once again, I was not happy with the quality of fabric when the items were received. Instead of having to pay to have the items returned again and going through the process of getting a credit and trying to find more items, I chose to give the items to a charity. BBB doesn't offer much variety in the "plus sized" items. Most of the items I wanted to purchase don't come in XL. I am not a "plus" size but I have broad shoulders and DD chest, so a size 8/10 isn't going to cut it.
