I was very disappointed with my first BBB experience. The shirt I ordered was a much thinner material than I expected it to be. It was not true to size (smaller than expected). I went online to see how to return or exchange it and saw that there was only an email address to write to asking for a return label. I sent 2 emails and never received a reply. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I would have liked a phone number to call or an instant message link. I am hoping that my experience is not the norm for your company.
