I've ordered three BBB sets to date. As a repeat customer I do have a recommendation. The subject line of your emails often say VIP, but honestly they feel very ordinary when opened. Nothing exclusive about the content. Perhaps you should reward frequent shoppers with a multi-purchase program or at least a small discount on their next purchase. I would buy even more! Just some marketing feedback.
