Customer service is great with Betsy Boo's. I do a lot of online shopping, and they have always provided lightning-fast response times. Betsy Boo's agents go the extra mile to make the customer happy. Even when I have asked for outfit ideas, they go over and above to send me emails with suggestions - who does that in this day? I have also been happy with the clothes and I think the idea of "sets" is brilliant. I don't have to do a lot of homework to fill my closet, they do it for me. This company has a win-win no-brainer concept.
