WOW!!! I have ordered several times from BBB, yet this is my 1st review . I felt the need to write this because of the EXCELLENT experiences I have had with EVERY order. With all of my orders, only 1 time have I had to return my items. And that is because I ordered the wrong size. And within a week , I was sent a full refund (BBB gift card ) more shopping time for me :) My absolute favorite thing about BBB is the quick delivery time. I am an "instant gratification" type of girl. And there is nothing better then placing an order and then 2 days letter receiving that email that's says " Your order has been shipped " I LOVE BBB !! #foreveracustomer
