While I was very disappointed with my first experience with BBB, the second was much better. To be clear, I never had a problem with customer service, only the products, and I was a little annoyed that refunds were not issued, but rather exchanges. I was not at all happy with any of the six products I first purchased (though I kept two items), but the exchange process was very simple, and I appreciated the extra gift card I received due to the defective pair of shoes I recieved. Today, I received my exchanges and am pleased with the items; I especially love the denim jacket, and the shoes I purchased this time are soooo comfy, and they couldn’t possibly fit any better.
