I ordered two BBB sets. One dress had a small hole in the pocket. I emailed BBB to notify them and they immediately apologized and gave me a credit! I so appreciate their fantastic customer service and willingness to go the extra mile to make their customers happy. My clothes and accessories are all beautiful and I am so happy with them.
