I have ordered several BBB Sets and individual items as well. I think it would be helpful to allow a larger size in the bralettes in the sets. A large that might fit in a shirt doesn't necessarily mean a bralette would be a large. They run small anyway. This is frustrating because you then have to send back the bralette. The other thing is IN STORE CREDIT ONLY! I feel it is good customer service to allow a credit to the customer and not just IN STORE CREDIT. Because some of the styles I didn't like on me I had to send back now I have several IN STORE CREDITS. My philosophy is if you have a good product and good customer service; the customer is always going to come back instead of insuring they come back because of an IN STORE CREDIT. I like Betsy Boo's and like the fact that returning is very easy. This is a fantastic service that not all online boutiques offer.
