First time I have been really disappointed.
I received my item with a tear in the back. I was asked to take a picture of the tear and send it in which I did. Was still asked to send the item back to get a refund which is a huge hassle for me. I don’t live anywhere near a post office or shipping store. I sent back all 3 items. I didn’t care for the earrings but had taken them off the cardboard so really hope I get a full refund.
