I am new to Betsy Boo's and have had nothing but a POSITIVE experience!! All major department stores have closed within the past two years in my town and the nearest shopping center is now 2 hours away. I tried subscription style boxes from 3 other companies with disappointing results before I found Betsy Boo's. The things I appreciate most about BBB is the complete outfit inspiration with their BBB sets, but the flexibility to choose what suits my personal style and budget; the free shipping (I have been upgraded to 2-day shipping for free on all 3 of my orders so far); hassle free returns/exchanges (sizing has been trial and error to find the perfect brand/style/fit); the generous Pink Points reward program; AWESOME sales; and Jayden is Customer Service is a GEM with her personable quick responses and helpful information. I am excited to try the recently re-released subscription style box for a new outfit this fall! Well done Betsy Boo's! I'm hooked!
