Matt attended the property today. He was wearing a face mask and took the shoes off which was a very polite thing to do. Matt took time to properly inspect all rooms and took all our concerns into consideration. Upon preparing the report, Matt double checked we were happy with everything and nothing has been missed. Very polite and friendly service.
