Laurence was incredibly helpful and polite. He worked efficiently, arriving exactly when he said he would. He was a delight to have fixing various things and worked swiftly and effectively. He was very knowledgeable and gave very sound advice. It was a pleasure to have him in our property and we would thoroughly recommend other people to use his services.
