I had some questions getting my account set up initially because I purchased a a guest which complicated the proceedure. Better to create an account. They were very helpful to resolve it and responded via chat feature immediately and made sure I was 100% satisfied. I'm always cautious with when I try a new service but they have earned my trust! I was also able to find a great coach who helped me out greatly!
