I had taken the quiz and then picked the monthly plan. They charged my card 3 times for unnecessary reasons. I emailed them complaining about how I never received any confirmation email about my plans etc.. they said they don’t have my email on file.. which is confusing to me. But they don’t have any issues with charging me multiple times. I am waiting for a refund and I’m also contacting my bank.
