I am 50 years old and have been going to the gym or swimming or running all my life. I can now say without a doubt that Pilates and the ME app is the best exercise you can do. I never ever had been that trimmed in my life or have the arms and abs I have at my age. I highly recommend!! Thank you so much! Love the app!

The customer service at BetterMe is wonderful! I mistakenly ordered the soft Pilates ball, not realizing it already came in my essentials kit, and when I reached out to the team at BetterMe, they quickly and seamlessly let me exchange it for the yoga mat. They’re so kind and helpful!

食事の登録が日本食がほぼなく、毎回の登録が面倒だった。 網羅はせずともメジャーなものは登録しておいて欲しかった。 トレーニングが英語で細かいところが理解できなかった。 いた方向だけのアニメで見るだけでは完全にわからないところがあった。

I found the programme didn’t work for me and felt I should have been reminded the renewal payment was about to be taken but on emailing to complain it was quickly resolved with a full refund. My mistake for not reading the ts&cs correctly but well done on the response

I had to cancel my membership due to an injury. I was treated respectfully and I was not charged for the upcoming month of the subscription. I greatly appreciate the kindness that was shown. I will definitely be returning after my injury heals! Thank you!
