Do not, do not subscribe to this program. I signed on for a 4 week program 8 months ago and they are still charging me. They have shown no accountability for refunding me my money. Don't do it--not worth the hassel and expense as I have to file a complaint with the Better Business bureau and my lawyer to reclaim the money. Stay away.

I recently tried out the BetterMe app, primarily for its fitness tutorials, which I must admit were quite good. The instructions were clear and the workouts seemed well-designed to cater to different fitness levels. However, the pricing felt rather steep compared to other fitness apps on the market, which offer similar or even better features for less. After evaluating the cost versus benefits, I decided to cancel my subscription. Unfortunately, this is where my main issue with BetterMe began. Despite my cancellation, I continued to receive charges from them. This has been frustrating, and I am currently trying to get a refund!

Better me will continue to keep charging your account after the trial period even after I called to cancel. I didn’t realize my PayPal was being charged for 7 months. I called to tell them I had cancelled and they said there was nothing they could do. Then they charged me again for April. Very difficult to get them on the phone and of course when you get them on the phone it is someone from China. Do not subscribe to this app.

I have canceled the subscription so many times ! And better be continued to charge and renew it There is no one to talk to - emails get returned “it’s automated reply “ Worst thing ever. My only option is to call the bank and change my card Apps like this should finally be forbidden. It’s illegal to charge people money for something that’s canceled.

Very bad i was knowing am paying 26dollars and they later on deduct 41 dollars on top and up to now i haven’t received anything and no one messages back ‼️‼️😭😭😭 then you ask me was the delivery on time? What delivery really . I paid for nothing

I have subscribed to this app and used it for awhile, however when I cancelled my subscription I was still charged and so I contacted my bank to cancel the payment and block further payments but months on betterme are still charging me under a different version of the same name. Do not subscribe unless you are ok with a huge amount of hassle and loss of money

Scam 3 charged from bank all on same day and prior to trial finishing! Charges $29.99 & $94.99 & $24.99 all well within trial I had actually not even used it! Via PayPal!

Beware of this Company. This is a scam! I suddenly had money taken out of my bank via my PayPal Account with no authorisation and when I queried it, I found it was Better Me. It seems I took health quiz on Facebook (which was obviously very stupid of me) and this automatically links somehow to me opening a subscription on Better Me, completely without my knowledge or permission. They took £31 then tried to take £63!! and thankfully I got that stopped and refunded after long emails back and forth with them trying to tell me they had provided a service when they hadn’t and promising me extra health ‘challenges’ which I didn’t want. I never had a plan or an App from them and never wanted one. Be very careful with this company and health quizzes on Facebook, as I’m still left £31 out of pocket and arguing with them.

The app stopped after 20 days, There is no option for stopping auto renewal. I was frustrated. Now they might charge for next month in auto renewal. Looks like a cheating or a trap.

I would give zero stars if I could as well. I ordered a plan for chair yoga, but did not get what I purchased. Right after I put in my card information a box popped up saying: There is a billing problem with a family member’s previous purchase. Ask the family organizer to Update their billing information, and a box for me to click “Okay”. I did not. This is before they would let me download the exercise plan. I consider it a scam. I have requested my money back. I would not recommend Better Me. To me, it is a scam. This was a exercise plan that you get on your phone.

I would give zero stars if I could. I cancelled subscription long before the free trial was over but noticed that they charged me for the monthly subscription of $50!!! I requested a refund only for them to say my request for a refund was not accepted. SCAMMERS! I will be disputing your charge through my bank!

I purchased the 12 week program Canceled after trying to do first workout which was full of app glitches Not very convenient to wait 10 min before each 10 sec or 30 sec workout Canceling is easy Getting a refund is much more difficult Don’t know if I will get money back Hope this helps Just to be clear I have given 2 bad reviews ever in my life This is the second bad review There is a reason

Didn’t get the program, didn’t get get a response and DIDN'T GET MY MONEY BACK….. In fact I’m still trying to cancel the $49.99 per month subscription without having to cancel the Card. This is all Dodgy!!!!!!!

Completely ripped off by the zero warning notification before being stung for the full renewal amount. This reliance on people happily trialing something and failing to examine the minute details of small print before being caught in this process is appalling. So heed my comments if you wish to trial their services make sure you are fully clued up.

Paid to download one particular somatic exercises program then automatically got stung with a recurring fee 8 weeks later. No notice a day or two beforehand like any decent company would do to say I was automatically going to be charged $79.99, just taken straight out of my account. When queried the unforeseen charge, I was told it was part of what I "signed up" for. Clearly in the fine print as I wasn't aware I was going to get a recurring charge. I was then offered a discounted rate to stay with them - why would I want that given I've not used them AT ALL apart from downloading one set of exercises. Completely disgusted with how they've operated and their reluctance to credit my account. Not impressed.

Stay away from this company. I placed an order and tried to return the band because I was not happy with it. It took them 2 week to get back to me, and then they offered me only 50 percent for a return for a brand new item, even though their website states refunds available within 30 days. Read the reviews before signing up!!!!

I signed up for BetterMe last February. I was unable to login. I contacted their customer service and no one responded for months! I contacted them multiple times. When they finally did respond, they apologized and said someone would be getting in touch shortly. Another month went by with no response. It took 10 months to resolve the issue. When I asked if they could extend my one year contract, since I only get to use it for 2 months, they said NO! I am absolutely appalled with this company. I have nothing good to report. They have brought me nothing but frustration. Zero stars.

I paid for a weeks trial and they took 37:00 from my account stating you have to cancel the rental, they then barter offering you half back. Nothing short of theft. Don't use this app
