I have found it very difficult to cancel this. There’s no person to contact it’s all on AI. My credit card company is currently working on canceling. Make sure you read reviews before I wish I had

I have emailed them numerous times to unsubscribe and I continuously get charged, I unsubscribe and email them and then next month I am charged again. Seems to be the case for many people. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM, unless you're happy to throw away your money. I'm still yet to receive a response from them. They seem too busy replying to 1 star reviews explaining that you can't be charged if you have unsubscribed, but BELIEVE ME IT CAN HAPPEN, because it's happen to me now 3 months in a row!

Looks like this company uses fake reviews guess that’s a bot writing them as they all start the same and entered at the same time. You need FAKE REVIEWS cause your company is a SHAM RIP OFF and NEVER replies to messages. HOPE YOU GO BUST SCUM

I've paid for 4 weeks plan, but my app got locked only after 3 days. I can't access my plan anymore they are asking me to sign up for a yearly plan. Don't get fooled by this app

Such poor service and waste of money. During the questionnaire it asks about foods you are allergic to and not to include in the plan. Once you pay then you see the menu and their plan. The plan included items I’m allergic to every day of the plan. So I requested to cancel and get a refund within 2 hours of getting it - obviously did not use the program. After months of emailing and finally getting a response, they said “the company will not refund any transaction once it has been made” such a scam. Especially if they don’t follow through on the pre purchase agreement and questions they ask that you answer, they shouldn’t ask questions if they don’t listen to the answer or apply it to this apparent “personalized” plan. Horrible service and robbery of hard earned money from people just trying to improve their lives! Still no refund as they refuse to credit me for services not used and not as advertised, stay away from this company!

Die App an sich ist nicht schlecht,aber ich habe die App für 1 Monat gebucht und bezahlt. Die App wurde mir 2 mal gebucht und ich habe 2 mal für die gleiche App die 50 Franken kostet 100 verrechnet jeden Monat, obwohl ich nur 1 mal gebucht habe. Zur Krönung wurde das Abbo einfach verlängert, habe jetzt 6 Monate dafür bezahlt und habe es erst jetzt bemerkt. Das Abbo habe ich jetzt gekündet und hoffe das es so bleibt. Ich habe eine E- Mail an den Support gesendet ob mir das Geld für die 5 Monate in der ich die App gar nicht genutzt habe rückerstattet wird. Da kommt aber leider immer die gleiche Automatisierte Antwort mit der ich nichts anfangen kann. Finde ich sehr schade deshalb verdient die App nicht mal 1 Stern von mir.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. App not what I expecte at all. I cancelled my subscription before the automatic renewal. They still deducted funds from my account. When I queried this they responded with a cancellation confirmation but no response on my refunds. I've tried all contact detaila I could find but am getting no response. Even referred a complaint to their CEO however still no response

Don't do it. If you get a trial and charge you like $15 or something like that they end up keeping your credit card and charging you every month. I've had to change my credit card twice because they keep charging my account it's horrible.

The first time I signed up they offered a discount so I paid 91.78 AED via Apple Pay. then I immediately got charged another amount which I did not purchase nor authorized of 179.99 AED. I emailed the support team multiple times requesting an explanation and requesting to cancel my subscription, no one bothered to reply to me and a month later I was charged twice of 179.99 and 299.99 without authorization so I called the bank and I block the credit card. what I don't understand is how they got hold of my credit card when I paid on Apple Pay!!

LIES LIES ! The app itself is not that bad ! But you need to pay for almost everything in EXTRA. And the WORST THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY ! I’ve been charged two times on my two different cards The first amount of 34.99€ for a subscription I never did And the other I’ve subscribed (STUPIDLY) to their annual offer of 21.97€ I didn’t know that I would be charged the same day of this amount ! This is crazy You can try to contact them via the app or by email, they will never reply and you’ll not be able to get a refund ! I unsubscribed immediately and block the future payment on my first card. But I can’t block the payment on Apple Pay so I’m pretty mad about that DONT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS. There’s no support at all.

They scammed me too. Have been stealing $80 from my card regularly. I think the high ratings are just from people paid by the company/scam.

Total Scam! If you gave them your credit card data, Cancel your card. They just keep billing you for things and providing nothing at all zilch. Have been hit for small payments totaling over $200 in last 2 weeks.

I'm so disappointed that I subscribed to this site! Anyway, total scam. Paid the first months reduced fee and received nothing at all. I sent over 20 emails and received 1 back which was to fob me off. I have since reported them as Fraud with my bank and have put a block on them. However, because they are "crafty" in the words of my Bank, they slightly change their name each month when they take their subscription, so you have to go through the whole clawback process. So far they've used BetterMe App - Pil and lately BetterMe Keto App Nicosia CY. They've just taken £37.19 without authorisation. I've been refunded from my bank, but it's been a nightmare. You cannot unsubscribe because you don't (in my case) receive the app, and because it's a subscription, the bank cannot do anything other than to put a block on the company name which in itself is difficult as they change it. Total scam app located in Russia apparently! Anyway, stay well clear from this and others of a similar style of advertising under different names. Everytime I see an ad I check it out and if it's BetterMe I leave negative comments to warn people so they don't lose money too.!

I have canceled my subscription and continue to be charged 29.99 monthly!! Do not give them any credit card information!! They also slip in these little add on’s!!

I signed up for their trial. I never received a log in and they keep charging my credit card to date. I rmailed them three days and I have yet to get a response. Worst customer service ever. Scamming. Now I have to cancel my credit card.
