The App is good itself but the customer service is horrible. When I signed up with a basic plan for a month, Better Me signed me up for a auto payment automatically and I did not notice!! then there was a $50 deduction from my account for 2 months 28/11/2023 and 30/12/2023 and when I raised it to the customer service last month, they still have not got back to me! I hate apps that signed you up for autopayment rather than sendig a remider email!!
I won't recommend it to anyone and wont sign up again!
