I signed up by mistake-the website ended up not being for me. heading toward 80, I do not want a rigorous routine health wise-mine is streamlined it so I can maintain but didn't want the rest. After several email exchanges they let me out of my obligation. They seem to truly be interested in what I had to say and this is not the norm in today's fast moving life.

"Better Me" was very helpful when I had to suspend( something they are working on as a service) due to having surgery. When I was ready to resume, the staff made it easy to rejoin. They provided respect and support via emails. Looking forward to beginning the "Better Me Plan" Pamela M

I have signed up the plan but never get to used it, when I canceled it, the system was having some glitches apparently, so I got charged for 2more months, as I contacted the team, they went extra miles to find the cancellation order I gave, and found I did requested cancellation, and refund me the 2 months charges. Thank you !

Ich hatte eine wiederkehrende Gebühr für ein 1‑zu‑1‑Coaching, dessen Ablauf mir nicht bewusst war und das ich nie in Anspruch genommen habe. Als ich den Support kontaktierte, wurde mein Anliegen ernst genommen. Nach mehreren Nachrichten hin und her kümmerte sich das Team schnell und zuverlässig darum – und ich erhielt meine Rückerstattung. Sehr kundenfreundlicher Service!

After trying and failing to download the TAI Chi Walking Plan, I contacted their support team to advise that I wanted to cancel. They were extremely helpful and I now have the correct plan that I wanted. 24 hours from start to finish, I am happy with their excellent service.

I tried the program and honestly it wasn’t for me and was over budget for me so I canceled within my window and still was billed. However after a couple of emails back and forth explaining the situation I did receive a refund. I was impressed!

As my "challenge" kept resetting to the same one over and over, I reached out to customer service to see how to change it. They listened to my requests and got my plan updated. I'm happy with my new challenge. Wish there was a way to do this within the app in the future.

I signed up for chair yoga, I wasn’t aware it was for 4 weeks at the time. I was unable to access it on my I pad several people tried to help me but I just couldn’t access it all. When my payment in February came out I asked for a refund, as I had never used it, and they have agreed to a 50% refund and I have cancelled my subscription

I had a lot of trouble accessing the app. Repeatedly sent requests, but kept getting a bot answer. Finally got real help, and it worked. Thank you. Suggest an actual person to be able to talk to, or answer questions.
