Based on my 3 month subscription I was entitled to a free BetterMe Fitness Tracker. I got an email to fill out my delivery address, but when filling the form I was unable to fill in the "Country" as Sri Lanka. The auto drop down did not show "Sri Lanka" for me to select. When I contacted BetterMe and explained my issue they were so supportive to arrange a refund for the 3 month subscription.

Gostei da proposta , mais achei muita coisa pra fazer nos treino , pra mim deveria ser dividido em treinos de abcd, mais o site em sim é muito bom 😊

I love the app and how easy it was to get on a program using the app. Thank you The tips were helpful and I was able to modify the exercises according to my ability. Better Me definitely has made me stronger healthwise!!

I was concerned that the workout duration had been reduced and I asked why this had occurred. The team responded quickly and let me knoww this was only for the first 3 workouts of the new set. That was very reassuring.

Excellent customer service, but I’m disappointed that only the June payment is eligible for a refund. I didn’t notice that the May payment was automatically deducted from my account, even though I no longer use the service.

Při zrušení cvičení z mé strany došlo k nedorozumnění a byla mi stržena částka za další období. Po domluvě mi částku vrátili, bez zbytečných průtahů. Cvičení je přizpůsobeno pro každého. Jen jiz nemám zajem.

ביטול המנוי לא היה נוח או מובן מספיק. עם זאת מציינת לטובה את שירות הלקוחות שהגיב באשדיבות למרות שהייתי עצבנית מאוד במיילים בשל חיוב מפתיע. טיפלו וביטלו את החיוב. מענה אדיב ומקצועי

I found the programme didn’t work for me and felt I should have been reminded the renewal payment was about to be taken but on emailing to complain it was quickly resolved with a full refund. My mistake for not reading the ts&cs correctly but well done on the response

At first I had a problem with unexpected subscription charges after a €1 trial, but customer support helped me and processed refunds for the charges. The process took some emails, but in the end they were helpful and resolved the issue. Just make sure to read the subscription terms carefully and cancel manually if needed.

Customer service was brilliant. Helpful, kind, ready to find a solution. Rare and valuable in the age of chatbots. The regular monthly fee is a bit too high for sporadic use. Maybe various packages could help.
