I initially tried BetterMe but found the workouts too difficult for my level, so the program wasn’t really suitable for me. I cancelled soon after and didn’t continue using it. Unfortunately, I was still charged after the trial, which I later learned was part of their policy when signing up. However, their customer service was very understanding and considerate when I explained my situation—they processed my refund quickly without any hassle. I really appreciate that they listened and handled my request fairly. Thank you for being accommodating!

I asked for a cancellation of the subscription and refund of payment. I received immediate attention to the matter and after making sure I meant to cancel this order, I was refunded the full amount. Thank you for the good service.
