I was initially charged for the recurring payment. I signed up just for the trial exercise, and not for the next invoice that I don't buy the service. After exchanged emails with the customer service I got the refund.

Betterme workouts were a very good stretch but after doing them everyday for 3 1/2 weeks I wasn't really seeing any changes in myself, and yes, I am eating well and moving a lot between 8 and 10 thousand steps a day. I also use silversneakers for workouts and I think I will just continue with them as they are a free, senior program and I really don't have the extra $39 a month for your program. I was surprised when the payment was taken out of my account but you refunded it right away. Thank you for your fast response in resolving my payment issue.

The support team was polite and helped resolve my issue, and I appreciate that a full refund was finally issued. However, the process required multiple messages and clarifications because the initial responses did not address my actual concern. It’s important to mention that relying solely on the information shown when accepting the trial is not enough — people are human, and it’s easy to forget to cancel before the renewal happens. That’s why sending a reminder before charging the full subscription price is essential for transparency and a positive customer experience. It would be great if the notification system before trial plans renew into full-priced subscriptions was improved, so customers can make informed decisions without needing to contact support. Overall, I’m satisfied with the final resolution — thank you for the assistance
