Fraud, Scam, Must be taken to Court... Steal money out of your account. The only way to still stop them is to put a stop order and cancel your card... But you will never get your money reimbursed, ever... Theft in brought daylight and Google allows it!!

This company is a SCAM @betterme.world!!! Customer service is very lacking & they will not return funds that were unauthorized! DO NOT use this company/app!

Very generic nutrition and exercise recommendations, not personalized based on answers to questions at beginning. Same workout day after day. Calorie count was too low for my activity level, not at a healthy level for muscle retention/building. Signed up for the Tai chi plan but had to provide my own workout for that as no Tai chi routine was given. Good money grab for the company but a waste of my mo ey and time.

I have received nothing from you so I cancelled my subscription and you immediately took $89.99 from my account. I would like a refund as I already paid $39.99 and received nothing. I have read your reviews and they are not very good. Can you at least tell me what I was supposed to receive for my money !

This webisite and app is a con from start to finish-you will get nothing ,can't even access the APP and then they make it impossible to cancel the subscription you got conned into. AVOID -IT WILL COSTS YOU A FORTUNE FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

I am trying to cancel my subscription and it is practically impossible. They mention you can do it automatically from the APP, which is supposed to send you a confirmation by mail, which never appears. Then it suggests you contact them for assistance, but all you get is an automatic reply, instructing your to proceed as mentioned above. If anyone can assist me with this, it will be highly appreciated.

The "customised" workouts are boring, easy, and repetitive. There is no customer service (I've been getting the "oops! Something went wrong" Message for days, so I can't even access their workouts. The meal plans look great at a glance, but prepare to but every ingredient under the sun and waste a lot of it as the recipes might call for, say, 50g tofu.

Tried to endure BetterMe for several months, but it has been a complete letdown. This platform found it convenient to charge my credit card even after numerous attempts to cancel the subscription. Customer support took forever to respond each time I contacted them. And in the end, they gave me a runaround, never genuinely addressing my concerns over the wrongful charge. The workouts were okay, nothing great. I barely found any useful advice on stress management or motivation. It felt like they claim to offer comprehensive health support, but the focus on fitness and nutrition seems too predominant. Be wary - their service charges don't justify their quality and you might find yourself stuck in a costly subscription trap.

Pathetic pathetic pathetic. Even after getting a subscription cancelled email they are charging. I have never seen this kind of service from such well know organisation. I have to say even worst. I signed up, hoping that the exercises were customized per the questionaire that I filled out. The exercises were NOT tailored to my questionaire. I paid for the meal plan. The meals were just pushed to you to prepare right now with no information about what you needed to have in your pantry. I requested a refund, they asked to see my receipts. I sent screen shots of the receipts and they have not responded to ANY of my emails requesting an email since. I requested this refund within 48 hours of purchasing the app and meal plan. I sent the requested screen shots of the receipts. I STRONGLY suggest that you do not purchase this app. I am still waiting for someone to respnd to my request for a refund on the meal plan that I cannot use and the exercise plan.

Tried also to cancel my subscription but getting same email back. This is a scam. Don't subscribe. Am paying for 3 months and I haven't used it. Tried to unsubscribe before subscription was taken but no joy.

BEWARE THE AUTO RENEW SCAM I was excited to do a 3 month trial. Little did i know the app renewed me for another 3 months . Deceitful at best. Too bad they lost a great customer.

I did not realize this was a subscription. I did not received a notification before they debited my account on 3/24. I sent an e-mail on 4/6 requesting cancellation when I saw they charged my account and received an auto response. No one ever contacted me. I was charged again on 4/24, after requesting cancellation! A second e-mail was sent on 5/3 with the same auto reply and nothing. Charged again today and have filed a dispute with my bank. They are very unethical.

This was a mistake I made about 3 months ago. I responded to a FaceBook ad for the Better Me app. The ad said the app was on sale for 50%off. I do not normally respond to Facebook ads but I had been wanting to no better at my walking program so I click and purchased the app. At no time was I told this was a subscription service. Yesterday I received an international credit card charge notice and an email for the full price “next 3 month subscription” to BetterMe. I replied to the email with a message to delete the account and refund the unauthorized charge and confirm be email. I also clicked on the Billing Question option and requested the same. I had deleted the app some time ago but had to reinstall it yesterday as apparently that is the only way to discontinue the auto-renewal. Today the app says that my account has been cancelled but that I can use the app “for the remainder of the paid period.” I have yet to hear from anyone at BetterMe. There was no warning or renewal reminder about the upcoming charge and I had no opportunity to choose otherwise. That is unethical at best. I feel duped out of the “full price subscription” that was charged without giving me an opportunity to respond. I thought there was a 3 day rule for sonsumer protection in the marketplace. I am very disappointed and not happy at all.

AVOID!!! BetterMe is a money making scheme. You CANNOT CANCEL anything, no response from support. They keep on taking unauthorised money from your account. AVOID!!!

Too many ads and too many additional add ons that cost extra money. Requested a refund 5mins after I signed up due to too many ads and they declined even though I haven’t used the service at all. Don’t bother wasting your money it is a scam. All I did was request a refund of $39.99 I haven’t even put in any of my required details and they can only accept cancelling my subscription and not refunding.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. They claim I signed up for auto renew, Which I’m pretty sure I did not. I have tried repeatedly to get a refund of the $53.04 that was debited from my account and can net even get a reply regarding a refund.

This would be a fantastic program if the tech was not so screwed up. The wristband fried for no reason and the app kept failing on my phone. Customer service was great and they did try to help but I ended up having to cancel everything since the tech would not work. I hope they get it figured out because it has the ability to be a great program.

I’ve been trying since February to cancel: they have the wrong email on my profile and there is no way to fix this on the app. They have acknowledged my email but won’t update the email or cancel and still withdrawing monthly fees. So far they owe me 3months back: unsatisfied and ignored customer: Poor service I just want to speak to a human and there is no response!! Seriously frustrated
