Somehow I ended up with an account through the app and the website. I cancelled the app months ago and when I realized I was charged I began emailing with customer service. They were incredibly helpful in locating the additional account, but not very helpful when processing a refund. I had to request a refund 4 times before they finally agreed to process it.
