Better me is really a good one that one can definitely wants coz it's like a home gym and calisthenics which makes me strong physically and mentally and any one can easily have 15 to 20 mins to spend on your body and better me can help for you that 20 mins and one it's service requests when I went through mail they responded amicably and fastly and solved my issues and that's really great .....love you better me.

Well I wasn’t ready at the time but didn’t cancel subscription so the money was deducted but without some minutes through emails my money was refunded. I think your refund policy is on point keep it up

I went through the the questionnaire and was considering about it where I accidentally clicked on Apple Pay and it got charged for 4 week. Then somehow coach sessions got added that didn’t even give me a warning of charge and got charged additional $69. I tried contacting but there’s no phone only email and I explained that I haven’t opened any excercise and I’m sending email literally within couple of hours to cancel it. But no one responded u til the next day offering to give me additional free months but I explained that I can’t afford it at this time and that was a mistake but they said no it’s under terms n conditions. Then I beefed them, they offered me 50% discount then I begged them again and I got refund of $69 but not the 4week plan. And till today I haven’t even opened one excercise on the app.

When I signed up autocorrect put an incorrect letter in my email. The team was able to find it and correct it and was able to start my program that same day! Love using the app and the programs within it!!!
