Pague para ciertos ejercicios menso de $15 y al mes comenzaron a cobrarme $38.95 sin autorización, ppr lo que de inmediato solicité que me cancelaran todo. Decepcionada 100%

I love the app and how easy it was to get on a program using the app. Thank you The tips were helpful and I was able to modify the exercises according to my ability. Better Me definitely has made me stronger healthwise!!

I reach out to the customer service about my subscription that I forgot to cancel and they refunded me right away. I love the application but right now I’m not able To train.

Bonjour J’ai communiqué avec BetterMe pour me désabonner. J’ai eu un retour en moins 1/2 heure m’expliquant que un de mes abonnement était déjà désabonner mais que l’autre javais dépasser la date limite Ils m’ont offert un remboursement de plus de 50% plus deux liens pour des remises en forme gratuites et si cette arrangement me rendait heureuse et statisfaite Bien sûr que oui. Le remboursement se faisait dans les 5 à 10 jours ouvrables j’ai fait ma demande le dimanche et lundi l’argent était dans mon compte Très bon service après vente très bon service à la clientèle et réponse en dedans d’une journée et dépôt le lendemain Merci pour votre excellent service après vente pour vos compassation et rapidité
