Responden en forma inmediata y dan los avisos correspondientes al plan, para que uno esté pendiente de la fecha en que se hacen los pagos y el precio. Además consideran las situaciones particulares que se le plantean.

The customer service team was helpful in resolving my issue. They heard my side of the story and honored the request I made though it was a misunderstanding on my part which caused the issue.

I signed up by mistake-the website ended up not being for me. heading toward 80, I do not want a rigorous routine health wise-mine is streamlined it so I can maintain but didn't want the rest. After several email exchanges they let me out of my obligation. They seem to truly be interested in what I had to say and this is not the norm in today's fast moving life.

I just wanted a trial at the rate shown on the website however after clicking & agreeing i realised I'd subscribed to monthly payments which I didn't want to commit to so emailed BetterMe who promptly emailed me back to say my subscription was cancelled and nothing would come out of my bank next month, very impressed with the speed in their response.

I received a kit that looked used and had missing items. The items inside the kit were already opened and the pump for the ball was broken. I was very upset and reached out to customer service immediately and sent pictures. I have to say that customer service was great, and they immediately corrected the issue by sending me a new kit, free of charge. I'll update once I receive the new kit but overall, Im very pleased with how fast customer service responded and helped to resolve this problem.

El reembolso fue rapido lo tuve que solicitar porque no queria renovar la suscripcion en este momento ya que no me dio tiempo de hacer el periodo de prueba completo y el departamento de atencion al cliente lo felicito por su rapida y preocupada atencion.
