I had a minor issue with my account. Better was was quick to respond and to resolve the issue and granted a 50% refund which I'm most grateful for. I would recommend this app to everyone wanting to focus on their health and wellbeing. Thank you Better Me.

I was concerned that the workout duration had been reduced and I asked why this had occurred. The team responded quickly and let me knoww this was only for the first 3 workouts of the new set. That was very reassuring.

Excellent customer service, but I’m disappointed that only the June payment is eligible for a refund. I didn’t notice that the May payment was automatically deducted from my account, even though I no longer use the service.
