At first I had a problem with unexpected subscription charges after a €1 trial, but customer support helped me and processed refunds for the charges. The process took some emails, but in the end they were helpful and resolved the issue. Just make sure to read the subscription terms carefully and cancel manually if needed.

Although I made the mistake of purchasing an app other than the one I thought I was buying, I reached out to BetterMe about an hour after purchase. The company immediately cancelled my subscription after receiving my request. Per their policy, they told me I had access for the period of my subscription. Since it was not an app that worked for me, I requested a refund as I would not use it at all. That day the funds were back in my account. The whole process only took a couple of emails. That's customer service!

Customer service was brilliant. Helpful, kind, ready to find a solution. Rare and valuable in the age of chatbots. The regular monthly fee is a bit too high for sporadic use. Maybe various packages could help.

I am happy with how professionally i was dealt with by better me customer service. Due to direct debit, i got charged for a 3 month subscription which I did not want as I was not using the app at all. They responded quickly and issued me a refund. I am so pleased with how professional and supportive they were :)

I completely missed that the trial week was converted to a full paid subscription. I wrote to customer service who after a little pressure refunded the fee so five stars for the support and three because of the unclear confirmation.
