Their costumer service is fantastic. Unfortunately, I needed a refund; Not only were they quick to respond to emails (I’m talking mere minutes), but they were also understanding of my situation. Thank you!

I needed to cancel my subscription and could not find the subscriptions on my iPhone. The CS rep offered to tell me how to cancel on the app, why I was charged twice in one month and offered me a credit immediately.

I was recently injured requiring surgery and have not been able to start the program/plan I ordered. I contacted customer service and they very very understanding and offered to suspend my account. I look forward to getting back on in the future once healed!
