Anna & the team were lovely to deal with. I have recently requested a refund due to changed circumstances & they executed the request immediately when they were not obliged to. It was really refreshing to deal with customer service professionals who actually try to help. 🩷

I’ve been able to tailor workouts to fit my lifestyle meaning that they can be easily fitted in and I don’t feel a failure! Also, when I had concern about my subscription renewal it was addressed very quickly and I had nothing to worry about!
