2 Sporty body suits arrived promptly(2.5 weeks). Fit was short in the waist so shoulders didn’t fit with using extra human stretch to get in or out of L&XL. Same issue on larger size, but super cute otherwise. Had to return. Took a moment to get customer service to notice I didn’t want to exchange. But finally was sent a return label and am set to receive a full refund.

When I needed assistance from better me admin to cancel an auto renewed subscription I wasn’t aware of, the support and assistance received was off the charts amazing in terms of helpfulness, promptness and understanding. They replied and actioned my request within under 12h with no fuss hassle or drama. Couldn’t believe or fault how smooth their process was

I wanted to share my positive experience with the BetterMe support team. I accidentally missed the cancellation window for my subscription and was charged automatically, even though I hadn't been using the app for a while. I reached out to their support team immediately, explaining the situation. Although they initially offered me a discount to stay, they were incredibly understanding when I explained that I simply wouldn't be using the service right now. They processed a full refund without giving me a hard time. It is rare to find companies these days that act with such integrity and prioritize customer satisfaction over making a quick buck from a forgotten subscription. A special thanks to Jasmine from the billing team for the quick help. Highly recommended for their honesty!
