At the renewal I was charged $64.37 and I requested to cancel.
The response was:
"You are our customer, and we wish that you would stay with us. We can offer you to extend your license for additional 3 months. So, you will be able to use the service until October 2, 2023, and there should be no further charges moving forward.
Also, we can provide you with a partial refund of 50% of the amount that you have paid for the last order. This way, you will receive 32.13 CAD back to your account.
Would you like to take advantage of this offer?"
I said yes. No response from Max, the billing specialist, no $32.13 back in my account.
The above correspondence was on Apr 6, 2023 and today is May 1, 2023.
Not happy at all.
