Although I subscribed with excitement I was so disappointed with BetterMe service and support. Despite canceling the plan, having an email sent to them to cancel and their reply. I’ve been emailing them without clear response. Beware when subscribing as it looks like they will continue to charge you even after you have cancelled the subscription. They are not transparent or straightforward in the info they provide and trick you into thinking they’ve carried out your request but still continue to charge.
