This app saved me from further having a stressful life. The exercises are easy yet very effective and beneficial. It’s now apart of my daily life. I am so much happier. I relax instantly when I start my exercises and then after that, I am motivated to continue my “feel good” endorphins by eating good foods and eating more often. Come to find out, what I do in the beginning of my day is called “fasting” and there are many benefits that I read about. So, I exercise in the beginning of my day while fasting and then as the day goes on, I am motivated to make better food choices. You are able to track exercise, food, water, weight, and your steps.
