I have emailed them multiple times to unsubscribe but they keep charging me. It seems a lot of people are like this. Unless you like throwing money away, stay away from them.
I haven't heard back from them yet. They seem too busy responding to 1-star reviews and explaining that they can't charge you if you cancel your subscription, but trust me, that can happen because it's happened to me three months in a row!
