I tried the app in 2023 and haven't used it since then. However, they kept charging me due to auto-renewal. Yesterday, I noticed a charge for a new period and contacted their customer service to request a refund for the most recent charge. They declined my request and offered to extend my subscription instead. That's a joke. Be careful when using this app.
