BEWARE of this unethical company. Maybe it is a franchise I don't know, registered in Cyprus by STAMATIS SKIANIS. I purchased a 28-day trial in August and the following monthly roll-on would cost £30.99. SEVEN DAYS from the initial start day BetterMe deducted £99.99 via Paypal. I emailed to cancel my subscription and requested a refund of £99.99 immediately. BetterMe replied but I never got my refund. Unfortunately, I had an accident and only found this out past the Paypal insurance policy. Paypal emailed him regardless to request a refund as they can see this was unwarranted. He has refused. He is a THEIF.
