I tried this app and had used it for a while. I find it was useful, however when life gets in the way I find I no longer used it. I had forgot to disable the 'auto renewal' and when I got notice that my credit card was charged for the renewal I immediately contacted them via email to get a refund.
I was refunded on the very next business day without any questions or 'guilty driven' convincing that I should keep the program.
Will definitely use it again, when time permits.
