I paid for a months plan not realizing I was signing up for a monthly subscription. When £37 was taken from my bank account I contacted BetterMe asking why? Robin answered my email explaining why, then said my money had been credited to my account and my subscription cancelled. I can't fault the company for its promo reply to my email and for returning my money. I haven't tried the work out yet so can't comment on it. To be honest I forgot I had bought it.
