I am loving the rhythm I have gotten into using the BetterMe app. My daily routine is quite hectic with a full time Sales position, three children at home, and one being an infant. I'm usually doing the workout around 7-8pm at night, and this still works with my energy levels post dinner. I feel stronger in my core, hips, and back which is where I was having the most issues with daily pain. I would highly recommend this App to anyone who is looking to strengthen their bodies at their convenience.
