I noticed a charge for continued subscription to Berrerme which I’d completely forgotten about. Due to a Heath issue I had not been able to take advantage of the training provided. I contacted their support team and within the hour, an email wishing me well and a full refund- despite it being my fault for not checking the due date for the subscription.
Great team, great app. I will be back.
