I’m in a wheelchair and thought I could do chair exercises. But sadly I was wrong and I kept falling. They were going to make me jump through the hoops to get a refund because I didn’t get it canceled soon enough. But when I explained my situation they understood why I couldn’t jump through the hoops for a refund. They were very kind and gave me a refund which I appreciate very much.
