I had a very poor experience with this company and their support team. I ordered a book and it did not arrive. i contacted them about this and was told "Customers must inform Better World Books of nondeliverey within 60 business days of shipping." I was unaware or this and didn't see any email saying it had been shipped. They will not give me a refund nor the book I ordered. I have emailed them several times and they send the same response every time. I will never use them again.
