i have ordered over 500 books from this company. in all that time, i returned 1 and that was on december 28th. have never received credit for it. i know it's a small amout but the point is i have spent a lot of money with this company and for them not to refund me for 1 returned book is amazing. terrible customer service! will not spend another dime.
