I purchased a book set from them. Shipping was very slow. When I finally received the item it was not the book set that was pictured on their website. It was an entirely different set. When I reached out to customer service they told me I shouldn't have purchased based on the photos they advertise as they may not be accurate. They only offered a refund but I would have to pay return shipping. I'll stick to sellers that actually use photos of the items they are selling. I've purchased countless books over the years, the majority of them online. This is the first time I've experienced this.
