Made a purchase on a Wednesday giving an incorrect delivery. Notice my error immediately and sent communications to them (within 3 minutes of placing the order) with the correct delivery address. I received no response so I attempted to cancel the oder. Received an instant response stating that the order couldn't be canceled as it had already been "picked and packed". This was within 30 minutes of placing the order. Three hours later, I sent another message asking for confirmation of the new/correct delivery address. No response until two days later on Friday saying it was too late to change the address. There are plenty of reliable book selling sites online. Better World Books is not one of them.
