I ordered 2 books by the same author. I received 2 of the same book. It would have cost more to send one back than I paid for it. So I reordered the one I didn’t get. I received yet another of the two books that I already had. These books were art text books and very cheap but I do not need or want three of the same book. So I’m not really impressed by the service.
