The service is great and the delivery is prompt. The cost is reasonable and when i buy a used book I like the feeling of giving an older book a second life. However, the packaging is pretty bad. In the contents of shipment EPG07858000134929 the books arrived in such a terrible condition (including the brand new Oxford Reading Tree book) that I felt quite disappointed and annoyed. Books should be treated with care, especially when they are travelling around the world. 🫰
