Been waiting 2 weeks for a withdrawal. Customer service on the chats is RUDE, and every new person tells you a different excuse. It takes days to get a reply by email. I have sent document requested several times and they paste the same reply and ask me to send again. SCAM. DO NOT USE BETWAY
